Ravi R. Samlall brings more than a decade of law firm experience to Tradewinds Estate Services, with a background spanning litigation, estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorship, and business matters.

Ravi studied Business Law at California State University, Northridge before beginning his law firm career in a high-volume litigation practice. His early experience involved preparing and filing litigation documents and petitions, working with court procedures and filing requirements, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with the day-to-day management of active cases.

That experience provided a strong foundation in the details that drive a matter forward: accurate preparation, procedural requirements, court filings, deadlines, supporting documents, and careful case management.

His career later expanded into estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorship, business matters, and complex estate-related litigation. Ravi worked with matters involving both routine estate planning and administration as well as complex, high-value probate, trust, estate, and conservatorship disputes.

During the later years of his law firm career, Ravi served as Vice President of a high-volume firm. In that role, he managed estate planning matters and complex estate-related cases while also building, managing, and overseeing a team of attorneys and paralegals.

His responsibilities extended beyond the preparation of individual documents. They included reviewing the progress of matters, coordinating the work of team members, addressing procedural and filing issues, managing deadlines, and helping ensure that complex matters continued moving toward resolution.
